Investigate, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve client support tickets involving enterprise software and configuration issues. Communicate timely resolutions, document troubleshooting actions, escalate defects with reproduction steps, identify resolution delays, and develop processes for recurring issues. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of ticketing workflows, SaaS or on-premise software, APIs, and basic SQL/T-SQL, with optional experience in Dell Boomi, networking tools, and Intapp products.

Designs, develops, maintains, troubleshoots, and optimizes Boomi and Intapp integration solutions. Collaborates with project teams to analyze requirements, build secure data exchanges, resolve technical issues, improve performance, and apply integration best practices. Requires at least five years of technical implementation experience, proficiency in SOAP, REST, SQL, and office productivity tools, plus strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Leads technical delivery of Intapp SaaS solutions as the technical design authority and client advisor. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution architecture, data mapping, integrations, design and configuration issue management, sprint planning, client training, change management, implementation documentation, and mentoring Solution Engineers. The role collaborates with consultants, product, support, customer success, professional services, and sales teams to deliver solutions within scope and improve implementation practices.
