Triage and resolve Client Services tickets, provision users across tools, configure and maintain PSA projects, ensure billing and compliance accuracy, support data pulls and reporting, and drive process improvements including piloting AI-assisted automation.

The Implementation Project Manager will oversee project delivery for a strategic client, manage budgets, track performance, and ensure stakeholder communication.

Provide hands-on corporate legal support including global subsidiary governance, M&A diligence and integration, treasury and securities assistance for a NASDAQ-listed company, and management of outside counsel and corporate policies.
