We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented USA Front Tele-caller to handle outbound and inbound calls with US-based clients. This is a night shift role requiring excellent English communication skills and the ability to manage both calling and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Calling Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based leads and clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and confidently.
- Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
- Schedule appointments and confirm meetings.
- Update call outcomes accurately in CRM.
- Maintain daily call targets and performance metrics.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update CRM data.
- Prepare and manage daily and weekly reports.
- Track leads and follow-ups systematically.
- Coordinate internally with operations and team leads.
- Maintain documentation and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist in basic email communication with clients when required.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Prior experience in tele-calling or customer support preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Stable internet connection and laptop (for remote role).
