Lead Incode’s global total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, sales incentives, equity, analytics, and governance. Build scalable programs across North America, LATAM, and EMEA; manage annual compensation cycles, vendors, pay equity, reporting, and compliance. Partner with executives, Finance, Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition, and the board on compensation strategy, equity administration, and workforce costs.

Lead global learning and development strategy across onboarding, performance management, career frameworks, leadership development, manager training, AI fluency, and learning systems. Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to identify capability gaps, build scalable programs, measure organizational impact, and strengthen culture across the US, Mexico, Serbia, and EMEA. The role combines executive partnership, program architecture, hands-on facilitation, global execution, and ownership of learning data and performance processes.

Own the technical relationship for strategic accounts, leading onboarding, SDK and API integrations, production health, incident response, release management, and technical project delivery. Translate customer needs into product feedback, coordinate internal engineering and support teams, monitor account health, and develop AI-assisted workflows and documentation. Requires strong technical communication, autonomy, multi-account management, cloud fundamentals, SQL, scripting, and experience with web or mobile integrations.
