The Impact You’ll Make

This is not a conventional L&D leadership role. As Vice President of Learning & Development you will sit at the intersection of strategy, culture and execution, partnering directly with our CEO and leadership team to build the human capabilities that keep Incode at the front of the identity and fraud-intelligence industry.

You will own all learning and performance development across the company: onboarding, manager and leadership development, career frameworks and the performance cycle, and company-wide AI fluency. Today these programs are run piecemeal by People Partners and regional partners and tracked in our LMS. You will bring them under one strategy, build what is missing from the ground up, and make Incode a place where people visibly grow. You will be both the architect and a hands-on builder: designing programs, facilitating rooms, challenging the status quo, and using AI to turn this function into a genuine advantage for Incode.

What You’ll Own & Drive
  • L&D Strategy & Vision — Design and lead a global learning strategy aligned with Incode’s growth ambitions, business priorities and high-performance culture, and iterate on it with data and executive input.
  • Executive & Leadership Partnership — Work directly with the CEO, executive team and senior leaders to identify capability gaps, co-create development strategies and make sure every program delivers measurable organizational impact. This is a seat-at-the-table role.
  • Performance & Career Development — Own the design and execution of Incode’s performance cycle (goal setting, reviews, calibration and manager enablement) with People Partners and Total Rewards so that performance drives pay and promotion. Build career-progression frameworks that reinforce a merit-based culture.
  • Onboarding — Create a culturally immersive onboarding journey that makes every new Incoder feel the energy, ambition and values of Incode from day one and accelerates time-to-impact, with role-specific paths for go-to-market, engineering and customer teams.
  • Leadership & Manager Development — Take over and scale our manager-training program and build leadership development from first-time managers to senior leaders. Launch mentoring and coaching at scale.
  • AI Adoption Champion — Be Incode’s leading voice on AI literacy and adoption. Design and deliver company-wide programs that give every Incoder the skills, mindset and methods to make AI a core part of how they work, and measure adoption.
  • Content & Tailored Learning — Create high-quality, engaging learning for diverse audiences and partner with leaders and People Partners on team-specific needs, including equity and compensation education with Total Rewards and required training with Legal and People Operations.
  • Culture & Internal Communication — Weave Incode’s values and identity into every program, and partner on internal communications and engagement so that every learning experience feels unmistakably Incode.
  • Global Execution — Deliver with consistency, quality and local relevance across the US, Mexico, Serbia and the rest of EMEA, working with Centers of Excellence, People Partners and regional partners, in local languages where it matters.
  • Systems & Measurement — Own the LMS and learning data. Define and report the metrics that matter: adoption, time-to-productivity, manager effectiveness, internal mobility and performance distribution.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
  • A builder’s mindset — You want to build from the ground up again, and you are comfortable with ambiguity and a lean budget.
  • Executive presence — You earn credibility and trust with performance-driven executives, including the CEO.
  • Architect and facilitator — You can run the room and build the material, from executive offsites to leadership programs and manager curricula.
  • AI-first practice — You have built AI-fluency or AI-adoption programs, or have a strong personal AI practice you can teach.
  • Global and culturally fluent — You work across regions and cultures with ease. Spanish is a strong advantage; Mexico is our largest hub outside the US.
Your Background
  • 12+ years in learning, talent or leadership development, including 5+ years leading the function.
  • Led people development through hyper growth (scaling a company from hundreds to thousands of employees) and at scale inside a large, mature organization.
  • Owned performance-management design and execution, not only training delivery.
  • Hands-on experience designing and facilitating executive offsites, leadership programs and manager curricula.
  • Experience building AI-fluency or AI-adoption programs, or a strong personal AI practice you can teach.
  • Global experience across regions and cultures; Spanish is a strong advantage.
  • Based in the United States, with ability for regular travel to Mexico City and Belgrade.
Why Incode?
  • Mission with Meaning — Shape how billions of people prove identity—safely, simply, and ethically.
  • Rocket-Ship Growth — Join at an inflection point where your strategies will compound in value for years.
  • Elite Team & Backing — Work a truly global with top engineers, designers, and investors who share your ambition to dominate a category.
  • Ownership & Autonomy — Operate like a founder with the resources of a unicorn.
  • Global Impact — Every program you launch will reverberate across industries and continents.
