Processes new and renewal certificates of insurance for commercial lines clients. Reviews policy and contract information, compares data against guidelines, communicates with account managers, enters and maintains electronic records, and prepares insurance documents for delivery. Provides customer service to insured parties while managing high-volume work accurately and efficiently. Uses Applied Epic or similar agency management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and CSR24.

Manages commercial property and casualty insurance accounts by designing insurance programs, servicing clients and producers, negotiating carrier terms, preparing proposals and applications, renewing and remarketing policies, explaining coverage and audits, and maintaining accurate electronic records. The role also generates premium allocations, supports workflow prioritization, and requires strong client communication, insurance expertise, licensing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Translates business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data specifications. Supports product backlogs, sprint ceremonies, release validation, and Azure DevOps work-item management. Partners with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify workflow improvements, communicate risks and dependencies, and maintain documentation. Contributes to product analytics by defining KPIs and interpreting usage data.

Provides commercial insurance account management and operational coordination support to the Program Director. Maintains a book of commercial property and casualty accounts, supports renewals and proposals, coordinates with clients and carriers, and ensures accurate documentation and timely service. Guides Account Managers and Customer Service Managers, monitors workflows and SLAs, supports training and hiring, conducts file reviews, plans coverage, and identifies process improvements. Requires substantial commercial insurance experience, an active license, and proficiency with agency management and business software.

The Producer/External Sales is responsible for driving business growth, managing sales operations, and building partnerships with stakeholders.
