Leads B2B demand generation strategy, pipeline targets, integrated campaigns, budget allocation, attribution, and performance reporting. Manages and develops a marketing team while partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, RevOps, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Oversees ABM, digital, events, webinars, partner marketing, lead handoff, martech integration, experimentation, and executive-level reporting to optimize revenue outcomes.

Tune AML and fraud detection models using customers’ live transaction data. Investigate missed cases, alert quality, pattern drift, and false positives; validate changes through backtesting and sample review; document regulatory rationale; and present model performance and business value to compliance, risk, and data science stakeholders. Partner with customer teams on account strategy and relay customer-specific or systemic findings to product and model functions.

Own end-to-end customer lifecycle for a portfolio: scope, implement, realize value, drive adoption, and expand revenue. Manage delivery using Hawk methodology, monitor usage/performance, optimize outcomes (reduce false positives, speed investigations), engage in pre-sales as an SME, and build executive relationships to secure renewals and growth.
