Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, participate in field marketing, and leverage CRM for opportunity management.

Negotiate, review, and manage the full lifecycle of complex commercial contracts (customer, reseller, vendor, subcontractor, federal/SLED). Serve as primary contractual advisor to sales and internal teams, interpret rights and obligations, track and fulfill client commitments with Professional Services, and develop practical solutions to contractual issues using CLM and Salesforce.
