Requires strong communication, customer service, confidentiality, multitasking, and teamwork skills. CompTIA A+ and prior desktop support or helpdesk experience are preferred.

Leads electrical preconstruction design, BIM coordination, electrical calculations, and constructability reviews across multiple projects. Develops code-compliant drawings, resolves spatial and installation conflicts through 3D coordination, and supports operations and field teams throughout project execution. Collaborates with project stakeholders, mentors Virtual Design team members, reviews technical requirements, and helps improve design workflows and best practices.

Leads electrical engineering and virtual design teams through construction project preconstruction. Oversees electrical design coordination, code compliance, technical calculations, BIM documentation, schedules, budgets, training, and client collaboration. Reviews contracts and project specifications, develops installation and coordination drawings, supports value engineering, and ensures financial, quality, and performance standards across large nationwide projects.
