Own Flosum’s multi-year product vision and roadmap across Salesforce DevOps, data protection, security, and data seeding products. Lead AI-powered Agentforce innovation, customer and market discovery, competitive strategy, requirements development, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release coordination, and product KPI tracking. Partner with engineering, sales, customer success, executives, and Fortune 500 customers to deliver enterprise products, improve competitive win rates, and create new revenue opportunities.

Build and optimize AI agents and automations across Flosum’s revenue engine. Responsibilities include deploying AI SDR systems, automating lead qualification and CRM workflows, integrating Salesforce with GTM platforms, creating competitive intelligence and personalization systems, improving pipeline conversion, predicting customer churn, supporting product-led growth, and establishing feedback loops for continuous agent refinement. The role requires hands-on coding, AI orchestration, GTM systems expertise, and close collaboration with the CEO and revenue teams.

Own SaaS revenue and financial analysis across Salesforce and QuickBooks Online. Build ARR waterfalls, cohort retention analyses, revenue recognition schedules, deferred revenue tracking, unit economics, forecasts, scenario models, and leadership reporting. Reconcile bookings, billings, and revenue while maintaining data integrity and supporting board- and investor-level reporting. The role requires strong SaaS metrics, FP&A, financial modeling, revenue recognition, and cross-system data expertise.
