Leads workforce management forecasting and capacity planning for a contact center. Analyzes historical performance, volume trends, seasonality, staffing deviations, service targets, and forecast variances. Provides operational recommendations, documents procedures, supports process improvements, and serves as a subject matter expert on forecasting tools and techniques. The role requires collaboration across teams, adherence to financial-services regulations and security policies, and maintaining staffing levels aligned with demand and SLAs.

Own the company’s account-based marketing and cold outbound engine for key B2B segments. Build target-account lists, contact maps, automated email journeys, messaging systems, reporting, and optimization processes. Partner with sales, partnerships, channel marketing, and field marketing to generate qualified meetings, SQLs, and pipeline. Manage Salesforce and HubSpot reporting, diagnose CRM sync issues, coordinate event-based ABM tactics, and continuously improve performance through data analysis and A/B testing.

Manage credit risk strategies for HELOC and secured lending portfolios. Refine underwriting policies, analyze loan performance and credit losses, develop valuation and predictive models, identify customer segments, and design portfolio monitoring frameworks. Partner with Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Fraud, Legal, and Compliance to test and implement risk changes, ensure regulatory adherence, support growth initiatives, and communicate underwriting performance to investors and executives.
