Manage broker and correspondent Non-QM loan submissions from intake through funding. Review packages for guideline compliance, validate documentation, maintain LOS status, resolve post-close QC findings, provide proactive partner communication, and drive process improvements across the Third Party channel.

Manage daily office operations in Charlotte: greet visitors, maintain conference rooms and supplies, coordinate with building management, support events and customer operations (notarizations), handle mail and deliveries, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and assist with ad-hoc projects.
