Leads workforce management forecasting and capacity planning for a contact center. Analyzes historical performance, volume trends, seasonality, staffing deviations, service targets, and forecast variances. Provides operational recommendations, documents procedures, supports process improvements, and serves as a subject matter expert on forecasting tools and techniques. The role requires collaboration across teams, adherence to financial-services regulations and security policies, and maintaining staffing levels aligned with demand and SLAs.

Own the company’s account-based marketing and cold outbound engine for key B2B segments. Build target-account lists, contact maps, automated email journeys, messaging systems, reporting, and optimization processes. Partner with sales, partnerships, channel marketing, and field marketing to generate qualified meetings, SQLs, and pipeline. Manage Salesforce and HubSpot reporting, diagnose CRM sync issues, coordinate event-based ABM tactics, and continuously improve performance through data analysis and A/B testing.

Manage credit risk strategies for HELOC and secured lending portfolios. Refine underwriting policies, analyze loan performance and credit losses, develop valuation and predictive models, identify customer segments, and design portfolio monitoring frameworks. Partner with Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Fraud, Legal, and Compliance to test and implement risk changes, ensure regulatory adherence, support growth initiatives, and communicate underwriting performance to investors and executives.

Owns Figure’s digital asset financial operations, including wallet and custody administration, transaction settlement, position monitoring, and end-to-end reconciliation. Partners across Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, and auditors to support close, fair value measurement, cost basis, disclosures, and SOX controls. Builds scalable automation and control frameworks for new token launches, manages custodians and exchanges, and reports digital asset positions, flows, and exposures to executives, the board, and auditors.

Lead revenue and related balance sheet accounting (loans, receivables, reserves); own month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, SOX controls, and audit readiness. Design scalable accounting frameworks, support new product launches, partner with Product/Engineering, and manage a high-performing accounting team.

Lead SEC and financial reporting for a public fintech company, managing preparation and filing of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, XBRL tagging, and disclosure. Maintain reporting calendar, SOX controls, collaborate with legal, auditors, and executives, and provide technical accounting guidance on new standards and strategic projects.

Own a book of bank and credit union accounts and drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to closed contracts. Build C-level relationships, develop account plans and ROI/business cases, navigate regulated buyer diligence, coordinate internal teams to launch programs, and feed market needs into Product. Carry revenue targets and manage pipeline, forecasts, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
