Support on-site vendor technicians by managing status communications, first-level escalations, deliverables review, task tracking, and project reporting. Assist Project Managers with documentation, process improvements, meeting attendance, weekly status reports, and coordination across teams to ensure schedules and SLAs are met.

Provide expert-level service-provider network and systems support in a Managed Services Center. Deliver full lifecycle solutions (design, implementation, troubleshooting), own incidents end-to-end, participate in on-call rotation, lead technical projects, document work in ticketing systems, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex networking issues.
