Lead U.S. market research and customer insights initiatives across quantitative surveys and qualitative studies. Manage the full research lifecycle, including methodology, questionnaire development, vendor management, data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentations. Synthesize primary and secondary research into actionable recommendations, support customer satisfaction programs, advise stakeholders, and improve research tools and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver timely, high-quality insights.

Supports and enhances Oracle CC&B applications through Java development, integrations, testing, debugging, maintenance, and production support. Leads technical projects, manages risks, collaborates with business and development teams, and delivers stable technology solutions. Performs SQL and Oracle database development, data integration, quality assurance, documentation, and transition-to-sustainment activities while serving as a technical subject matter expert.

Supports gas supply procurement teams through gas accounting, data analysis, transaction reconciliation, imbalance calculations, cashout settlements, payables monitoring, financial reporting, gas scheduling, and regulatory compliance. The role partners with accounting, risk, accounts payable, vendors, and gas supply teams; resolves complex issues; maintains SOX controls and audit documentation; and provides backup scheduling for daily LDC nominations.
