Lead end-to-end Oracle CC&B implementations for utility customers: gather requirements, design solutions, configure modules (billing, payments, collections, customer management, metering), integrate with third-party systems, run testing and deployment, mentor teams, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption through workshops and documentation.

Lead quantitative risk assessments for integrity programs, align strategies with regulations, translate technical insights into prioritized mitigation and capital plans, develop analytics/ML/digital tool strategies, mentor engineers/analysts, and engage executives and stakeholders to drive risk-informed decision making.
