Manages team performance, work prioritization, mentoring, hiring support, and on-call operations while collaborating with Cloud, DevOps, Security, and application teams.

Leads a Citizen IT team supporting Salesforce and PEGA applications through configuration, administration, troubleshooting, reporting, workflow management, training, and change management. Oversees Salesforce business analysts, partners with development and service leadership, improves data quality and processes, monitors performance, establishes KPIs, manages stakeholders, and drives platform adoption, productivity, and client satisfaction.

Develop scalable test automation frameworks, QA tools, and intelligent testing systems using Playwright, C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, build end-to-end, integration, and performance solutions, and apply AI techniques to improve test generation and defect detection. Partner with engineering and QA teams, troubleshoot reliability issues, contribute to test strategy, and mentor colleagues on automation and modern testing practices.
