Research and interpret tax code and form changes, translate findings into software requirements, guide programmers, design and execute test cases, validate tax calculations, produce documentation and release notes, serve as subject-matter expert for assigned tax topics/states, support product users, and lead team projects as needed.

Lead and manage the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM programs to ensure a single source of truth for assets and services. Oversee CMDB design, data quality, CSDM alignment, Discovery and Service Mapping, ITOM roadmap, reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Manage cross-functional teams, enforce code standards, and drive continuous improvement to meet business and operational needs.

Lead global technology and cybersecurity internal audit function: design risk‑based audit plans, execute IT/cyber/data audits (including third‑party work), assess cloud, AI, and resilience controls, ensure regulatory compliance, present findings to executives and audit committee, and lead and develop audit teams across geographies.
