The Customer Support Advisor will provide exceptional service by resolving customer inquiries about security systems and products, utilizing various communication platforms.

Sell residential, commercial, and new-construction security and home automation products through inbound and outbound calls. Advisors assess customer needs, recommend customized solutions, upsell and cross-sell services, maintain accurate sales documentation, manage opportunities in Salesforce and other CRM systems, and convert leads into sales or appointments. The role emphasizes consultative selling, customer care, quota attainment, and collaboration with field sales and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Lead marketing analytics strategies, measurement frameworks, dashboards, attribution models, campaign analysis, ROI reporting, and A/B testing. Maintain analytics tracking across digital and offline channels, ensure data quality, troubleshoot implementations, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations. Partner with Marketing, Sales, agencies, and vendors to optimize campaigns, improve customer journey insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
