Lead marketing analytics strategies, measurement frameworks, dashboards, attribution models, campaign analysis, ROI reporting, and A/B testing. Maintain analytics tracking across digital and offline channels, ensure data quality, troubleshoot implementations, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations. Partner with Marketing, Sales, agencies, and vendors to optimize campaigns, improve customer journey insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Lead and coach a team of Customer Support Advisors in an in-office call center. Manage daily floor operations, staffing, triage, KPIs, escalations, performance reviews, coaching, and employee resources while supporting complex technical customer issues and fostering a positive team environment.
