Own application-layer reliability for AI-powered features: define SLIs/SLOs, build observability (Looker on BigQuery/BigTable), create LangGraph agents for diagnostics/remediation, develop evaluation harnesses, write complex BigQuery SQL, partner with engineering and SRE teams, lead incident response and postmortems, and build Python automation to reduce MTTD/MTTR.
