Teams at Celigo

Build and maintain scalable Snowflake-based ELT/ETL pipelines, production data models, and observability frameworks. Translate business requirements into reliable solutions supporting analytics, BI, and ML. Establish data quality, governance, lineage, security, and compliance practices while optimizing warehouse performance, cost, and data freshness. Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams, contribute to architecture decisions, evaluate Snowflake tooling, and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

Manage assigned B2B customer accounts, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor. Build relationships, drive product adoption and satisfaction, manage renewals, reduce retention risks, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams, monitor account health and usage metrics, conduct business reviews, resolve issues, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Own Celigo’s Customer Zero program, driving internal adoption of its integration and automation products across GTM, CX, and G&A systems. Build the roadmap, improve business processes, prioritize product feedback, and establish governance, reference architectures, and proof points. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, while representing Celigo externally through customer conversations and industry events. The role requires strong product leadership, enterprise systems expertise, AI fluency, executive presence, and an outcomes-focused approach.
