Lead delivery and continuous improvement of B2B ecommerce experiences for HVAC products. Coordinate distributed development teams, run scrum ceremonies, manage release planning, define features, oversee testing and Level 2 support, and partner with business and IT to deliver integration-focused solutions and technology roadmaps.

Manage a $5M+ A/R portfolio: extend credit, perform collections (including outbound calls), review creditworthiness, minimize delinquencies and write-offs, provide reports, support compliance, attend sales/customer meetings, and drive process improvements.

Support, maintain, and optimize cloud-hosted servers, Cisco Meraki networking and physical security, and Microsoft 365 services across multi-site distribution locations. Troubleshoot incidents, manage deployments and documentation, coordinate vendors/MSPs, and assist with migrations, upgrades, and new site rollouts.

Lead the commercial inside sales team to achieve sales and margin targets. Supervise staff, deliver training, evaluate projects, provide technical sales support and accurate takeoffs/estimates, manage vendor relationships, maintain job tracking and reporting, follow up on bids, and partner with regional sales leadership and customers.

Administer and configure Salesforce (Sales/Service/Marketing/Experience Clouds) to support lead-to-order and service workflows. Build objects, flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards, manage security and data governance, support users, deploy changes from sandboxes using change sets/Workbench, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and scalable solutions.
