Provides technical sales and customer support for commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. Configures, prices, and quotes solutions; prepares bids, submittals, and take-offs from blueprints and specifications; supports account and sales managers; follows up with customers; introduces products; resolves issues; and identifies sales opportunities. The role also assists with dealer training and travels as needed for customer presentations and trade shows.

Analyzes pricing, costs, volume, product mix, and margin performance to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes affecting gross profit. Recommends pricing and process improvements, partners with Pricing, Finance, Sales, Product Management, and regional teams, supports implementation, develops repeatable audit and communication procedures, and tracks margin improvement for leadership reporting.

Champion digital adoption by troubleshooting CE digital tools, managing digital support inboxes, conducting outbound outreach to contractor partners, coordinating onboarding and training, collaborating with marketing and leadership, and producing BI and Salesforce reporting to drive usage across sales teams, branches, and partners.
