Digital Sales and Solutions Administrator

Position Overview

The Digital Sales and Solutions Administrator is a strategic partner and technical expert in driving digital adoption across our organization and our contractor partners. This role bridges leadership, technology adoption, and customer success by championing digital tools and solutions while providing comprehensive technical support and training to internal teams and customers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert troubleshooting on all CE’s digital tools, products, and solutions for internal and external customers
  • Manage the timely and accurate responses of questions submitted via the CE Digital Support email boxes
  • Execute outbound calls and emails to contractor partners to drive adoption of CE’s Suite of Digital Tools
  • Support the initiatives developed and implemented by the regional Digital Sales and Solutions Champions
  • Collaborate with marketing and training teams to develop materials that will drive digital tool adoption through contractors
  • Coordinate new employee and new contractor partner onboarding training
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Sales and Solutions on initiatives to drive digital adoption
  • Drive adoption of CE’s suite of digital tools, products, and services across sales teams, branches, strategic accounts, and contractor partners

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in CE digital tools/platforms with 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital adoption, sales enablement, or technical support roles
  • Strong communication skills for diverse internal and external audiences with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
  • Customer-focused mindset with consultative approach to identifying and resolving pain points and driving digital adoption
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with proven capability to manage multiple KPIs, execute reporting in BI and Salesforce, and drive digital transformation initiatives
