Lead opening balance sheets, fair-value and earn-out accounting, intercompany eliminations, technical accounting, audit support, and entity integration. Represent Accounting in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, improve close processes, systemize consolidation, and develop repeatable acquisition playbooks.

Analyzes website, eCommerce, customer, and marketing campaign data to identify trends, improve ROI, and support business growth. Builds KPI dashboards and reports, monitors attribution and user behavior, maintains data integrity, designs A/B tests, and presents actionable recommendations to marketing, sales, and eCommerce stakeholders. Requires hands-on experience with GA4, tag management, reporting tools, and AI-supported analytics.

Drives profitable revenue growth across an assigned territory by acquiring new customers, reactivating dormant accounts, expanding existing relationships, and increasing market penetration. The role involves consultative selling, prospecting, customer relationship management, pipeline forecasting, market analysis, competitor monitoring, trade show participation, and collaboration with internal teams. Success is measured by revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention, account expansion, gross margin, pipeline development, CRM accuracy, sales activity, and forecast accuracy.

Manages private label sub-categories through performance analysis, product development, sourcing, assortment optimization, supplier negotiations, and business case development. Partners with cross-functional teams and international suppliers to launch products, improve margins, and drive profitable category growth. Uses market insights, dashboards, and business metrics to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to identify and qualify new B2B opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding, educate prospects on fire and industrial safety products, maintain accurate CRM pipeline records, and collaborate with customer service and operations teams. The role is onsite in Charlotte and includes ongoing product and sales training.

Manage the employee lifecycle for approximately 500 employees, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data maintenance, payroll reconciliation, benefits and leave administration, compliance filings, employee support, and performance and engagement processes. The role requires accurate HR records, knowledge of employment regulations, discretion with confidential information, and coordination with payroll, finance, IT, facilities, and managers.

Analyzes pricing, sales trends, margins, and competitive data to recommend price optimization strategies. Builds pricing models, price lists, discount structures, reports, and dashboards. Evaluates profitability, supports contract, bid, rebate, and cost-change pricing, and maintains pricing data across ERP, CRM, and e-commerce systems. Collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and E-commerce while documenting pricing policies and ensuring accurate price administration.

Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, long-range planning, investor reporting, and financial business cases across multiple business units and brands. Partner with operating leaders and executives to translate performance into actionable insights. Build discounted cash flow, IRR, NPV, and payback analyses; establish business-case standards; and improve reporting through standardized models, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and automation.

Own the Finance function’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation through go-live and ongoing optimization. Lead configuration, testing, data migration, training, reporting, master data standards, security roles, support, module expansion, AI automation, vendor management, and acquisition onboarding. Partner with IT, Data Analytics, accounting, implementation partners, and corporate development to improve finance processes across multiple entities and brands.
