Responsibilities include managing technical teams, Azure migration and hybrid connectivity, enterprise networking, servers, cloud platforms, IT service management, vendors, budgets, security collaboration, disaster recovery, and business continuity. The role also supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 infrastructure and drives reliability, proactive operations, and infrastructure roadmap development.

Own purchase accounting, acquisition integration, and multi-entity consolidation for an acquisitive private-equity-backed company. Lead opening balance sheets, fair-value and earn-out accounting, intercompany eliminations, technical accounting, audit support, and entity integration. Represent Accounting in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, improve close processes, systemize consolidation, and develop repeatable acquisition playbooks.
