Investigates telecom billing disputes by analyzing CABS invoices, access charges, usage records, tariffs, contracts, and intercarrier settlements. Determines dispute validity and financial impact, prepares case analyses, processes adjustments, maintains compliance documentation, and collaborates with billing, network, finance, and carrier teams. The role also identifies dispute trends, supports process improvements and system enhancements, and manages dispute queues while meeting service-level and quality targets.

Designs, engineers, deploys, optimizes, and supports carrier-class optical and packet transport networks. Develops DWDM, ROADM, Ethernet, and high-capacity transport solutions; performs capacity planning, resiliency analysis, troubleshooting, migrations, and technology evaluations. Creates engineering documentation, configurations, bills of materials, and implementation packages while establishing standards. Partners with planning, operations, field teams, labs, vendors, and leadership to ensure scalable, reliable broadband and enterprise network infrastructure.

Develop forward-looking growth marketing strategies that drive consumer awareness, acquisition, and business growth. Translate consumer insights, behavioral data, competitive intelligence, cultural trends, and emerging technologies into integrated campaigns, innovation pilots, value propositions, and test-and-learn initiatives. Partner with creative, media, CRM, product, analytics, and other teams to define campaign strategies, measure performance, scale successful programs, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
