As an Account Executive on Axon's Corrections Sales Team, you will drive strategic sales efforts, build executive relationships, and navigate complex procurement processes to transform state correctional systems with modern technology solutions.

Lead nationwide permitting for ALPR infrastructure deployments. Manage relationships with permitting and zoning authorities, oversee multi-jurisdictional approval workflows, identify regulatory risks, interpret NEC, NFPA, zoning, and environmental requirements, and develop scalable tracking and reporting processes. Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, deployment, and customer success teams to forecast permitting impacts and enable compliant, high-volume installations.

Leads and develops a distributed team of Mission Engineers delivering secure, production-ready workflows, integrations, automations, and AI-enabled solutions for public safety agencies. Oversees a strategic portfolio, agency outcomes, technical quality, adoption, risk, and reusable solution development. Partners with Product, Engineering, Deployment, Sales, and senior agency stakeholders while ensuring CJIS compliance, evidence integrity, privacy, maintainability, and effective executive communication.

Develop and verify firmware for battery safety, fuel gauging, charging, thermal management, power management, USB-C, and embedded Linux systems. Build automated battery test fixtures, analyze fleet-wide metrics, diagnose returned products, profile battery runtime, and collaborate with electrical engineers and vendors. Create test plans, design documentation, and failure analyses while reviewing AI-assisted code and mentoring teammates.

Serve as the primary technical partner for public safety agencies, supporting software deployments, troubleshooting, integrations, adoption, training, and operational improvements. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and deployment teams to resolve escalations, monitor customer health, analyze data, and improve workflows. Conduct onsite customer engagements, deliver technical education, support critical incidents, and provide feedback that enhances Axon products and customer outcomes.

Leads a team of 10 engineers building and maintaining NIBRS and compliance reporting capabilities for public safety records platforms. Oversees technical quality, validation, certification, delivery, incident follow-through, resource allocation, and team development. Partners with product, R&D, agencies, and regulators to implement federal and state reporting requirements, improve engineering operations, and define the roadmap for new states, report types, automation, and platform capabilities. The role is remote within the United States with travel of up to 25%.

Lead end-to-end cloud and IT deployments for Axon 911’s emergency communications platform. Manage technical implementation plans, infrastructure readiness, integrations, testing, failover, go-live, stakeholder coordination, customer handoffs, and onboarding. Partner with engineering, DevOps, product, solution architecture, customers, and public safety agencies to deliver secure, resilient solutions. Resolve issues, maintain milestones, and identify post-deployment support and optimization opportunities.

Integrate, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot a cloud-based emergency communications platform. Responsibilities include VoIP and PBX integration, customer onboarding, customized unified communications solutions, technical documentation, operations-team training, and technical support. The role requires expertise in VoIP protocols, networking, Linux, cloud environments, and highly available real-time communications systems while coordinating with operations, engineering, sales, product, and other stakeholders.

Lead technical pre-sales for Dedrone airspace security: master product, present to technical and executive stakeholders, run POCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, produce SOWs, coordinate partners, and remove sales obstacles while providing first-level technical support throughout the sales cycle.
