As an Account Executive on Axon's Corrections Sales Team, you will drive strategic sales efforts, build executive relationships, and navigate complex procurement processes to transform state correctional systems with modern technology solutions.

Develop and certify NIBRS and state-compliant public safety software. Define reporting requirements, build state-specific forms, validate data, audit specifications, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and advise internal and agency stakeholders. Provide NIBRS training, identify compliance challenges, influence cross-functional decisions, and mentor junior team members. The role requires deep NIBRS knowledge, law enforcement technology experience, technical systems understanding, and successful completion of a CJIS background check.

Lead technical pre-sales for Dedrone airspace security: master product, present to technical and executive stakeholders, run POCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, produce SOWs, coordinate partners, and remove sales obstacles while providing first-level technical support throughout the sales cycle.

Sell Axon Air (drone and counter-drone) solutions to law enforcement across a Southeast territory. Build account strategy, manage partner relationships (including Skydio), generate leads, forecast and track activity in Salesforce, and drive consultative sales while traveling frequently (60%+).
