Leads clinical operations across partner practice discovery, implementation, onboarding, training, Go-Live, and ongoing support. Manages implementation plans, staff readiness, scheduling, workflow validation, KPI development, performance reviews, audits, partner relationships, and process improvement. Collaborates with clinical, operations, credentialing, licensing, HR, IT, scheduling, and sales teams. The role is remote with approximately 40% travel for onsite implementation and Go-Live activities.
