About Auris Practice Solutions, LLC

Auris Practice Solutions helps ENT practices, audiology departments, and private audiology practices unlock and expand clinical capacity through customized audiology solutions. When staffing limits patient access and growth, Auris builds a solution around the practice's patients, team, and resources. Partner practices see patients sooner, give their on-site audiologists more time for complex care, and grow their audiology services while patients remain with the practice.

Auris is a growing company, and this role helps build the team, processes, and partner relationships behind that growth. Team members work directly with leadership, help shape how partner practices launch and grow, and see the results of their work in patient access and practice performance.

Senior Manager, Clinical Implementation and Partner Success

Remote (U.S.)  |  Full-Time, Exempt  |  Travel approximately 40%  |  Reports to the Vice President of Clinical Operations

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Clinical Implementation and Partner Success leads the Clinical Operations workstream across the partner journey, from early discovery through implementation, Go-Live, and ongoing partner support. This role serves as a key liaison between prospective and existing partner practices and Auris.

The Senior Manager participates in discovery conversations with prospective practices, helps assess operational fit and implementation needs, supports practice development and recruitment efforts, leads Clinical Operations implementation activities, and contributes to ongoing partner performance reviews, KPI development and monitoring, and relationship management.

This is an operational leadership role. Decisions that require licensed audiology judgment are made by the Vice President of Clinical Operations or another designated qualified clinical leader, who retains final accountability for clinical standards, clinical quality, corrective action, and Go-Live approval.

Key Responsibilities

Prospective Partner Discovery and Practice Development

  • Participate in discovery calls with prospective partner practices to understand practice structure, staffing, patient demand, workflows, technology, and implementation needs.
  • Provide an operational perspective on how Auris service models may integrate into the practice and identify workflow, staffing, scheduling, or training considerations early.
  • Partner with company leadership to support recruitment and development of prospective partner practices, including outreach, relationship building, and follow-up as assigned.
  • Document and communicate discovery findings, risks, and next steps to the Vice President of Clinical Operations and other appropriate leaders.

New Partner Clinic Implementation

  • Lead the Clinical Operations portion of new partner clinic implementations, including kickoff meetings and recurring cross-functional implementation meetings.
  • Establish and maintain onboarding and training schedules for remote audiologists, Clinical Assistants, and other applicable clinic personnel.
  • Track Clinical Operations deliverables within the overall implementation plan and coordinate follow-up and escalation of readiness risks, delays, or barriers.

Audiologist Onboarding and Clinical Resource Coordination

  • Participate in the interview and selection process for clinical personnel and provide structured feedback on anticipated onboarding and readiness needs.
  • Develop and maintain individualized onboarding plans and monitor e-learning, shadowing, simulations, and required validation activities.
  • Support coordination of remote audiologist schedules in MaestroFusion™ and other scheduling systems to maintain appropriate coverage for partner clinics.

Training and Go-Live Leadership

  • Deliver and facilitate approved virtual and onsite training for audiologists, Clinical Assistants, and applicable clinic personnel.
  • Facilitate Clinical Assistant skills validation and simulated sessions with the remote audiologist using approved competency tools.
  • Lead onsite training, workflow validation, and the operational portion of Go-Live, and provide implementation readiness recommendations to the Vice President of Clinical Operations.

Partner Relationship Management and Business Performance

  • Serve as a Clinical Operations point of contact for designated partner practices.
  • Participate in recurring business reviews and prepare or contribute Clinical Operations, utilization, and KPI updates.
  • Partner with clinic leadership to establish operational and service KPIs, define appropriate targets or benchmarks, and monitor performance over time.

Quality Support, Collaboration, and Process Improvement

  • Support ongoing education, refresher training, and routine Clinical Operations check-ins with partner clinics.
  • Conduct designated workflow, documentation, implementation, or quality audits using approved criteria and tools.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Credentialing, Licensing, Human Resources, Information Technology, Scheduling, and Sales/Business Development on partner success and clinical readiness.
  • Draft or revise procedures, checklists, and implementation tools, and submit proposed changes to the Vice President of Clinical Operations for approval.

Qualifications

Required

  • Seven or more years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, practice administration, clinical operations, healthcare implementation, training, partner management, or a related field, including demonstrated experience leading teams, workflows, or complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare or practice operations, including workflow development, process improvement, staff leadership, implementation, onboarding, training, or readiness activities.
  • Experience working directly with healthcare leaders, clinicians, and frontline staff.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent priorities, projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Experience using operational or clinical performance data to develop, monitor, and communicate KPIs with practice or healthcare leadership.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy requirements in a clinical or telehealth setting.
  • Strong written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, relationship-management, and documentation skills, with consistent follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, videoconferencing platforms, learning management systems, project-tracking tools, and electronic clinical systems.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time, including overnight stays, for partner implementation and Go-Live activities. Valid driver's license required.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, clinical operations, audiology, education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience as a practice administrator, practice manager, or healthcare operations leader within a physician practice or multisite healthcare organization.
  • Experience working in ENT, audiology, hearing healthcare, telehealth, remote care, or another specialty-practice environment.
  • Experience supporting new clinic launches, service-line implementations, practice integrations, or healthcare technology adoption.
  • Doctor of Audiology degree, audiology license, or clinical audiology experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for bonuses tied to signing new partner practices, adding hours and locations with existing partners, and goal completion. Benefits include a 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, and a Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA) to help cover individual health insurance premiums and qualified medical expenses.

Travel

Travel is approximately 40% of working time and includes overnight stays. Travel is driven by implementation schedules and business needs and does not occur on a fixed or recurring schedule. Most onsite Go-Live visits are completed over approximately one and one-half days.

Work Environment

This position works from a remote home office with reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace suitable for confidential communication. Onsite work includes standing, walking, and moving between clinic rooms during training and Go-Live activities. Clinical equipment is installed before onsite visits, and the role does not require lifting equipment. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
