The Chief Information Officer will lead a 175-person technology and business systems organization, oversee a $45M+ budget, and optimize Amplify’s enterprise technology portfolio. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, HubSpot, and 400+ applications; driving enterprise AI adoption and governance; strengthening IT controls and audit readiness; simplifying systems and costs; evolving organizational structures; and partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Data, and other business leaders.

Supports the Sales team by coordinating customer contract requests, tracking documentation in Smartsheet and Google Workspace, researching contract records, managing certificates of insurance, maintaining shared documentation, and resolving issues to meet deadlines. The role also assists with contract printing, assembly, delivery, and annual contract-support projects while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Provides day-to-day HR partnership to assigned business groups, advising managers on employee relations, performance management, talent processes, workforce planning, organizational changes, compensation, and employee lifecycle matters. Analyzes workforce trends, supports investigations and people programs, guides organizational effectiveness initiatives, and partners with senior HR leaders and cross-functional People teams in a remote-first environment.
