The Chief Information Officer will lead a 175-person technology and business systems organization, oversee a $45M+ budget, and optimize Amplify’s enterprise technology portfolio. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, HubSpot, and 400+ applications; driving enterprise AI adoption and governance; strengthening IT controls and audit readiness; simplifying systems and costs; evolving organizational structures; and partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Data, and other business leaders.

Supports the Sales team by coordinating customer contract requests, tracking documentation in Smartsheet and Google Workspace, researching contract records, managing certificates of insurance, maintaining shared documentation, and resolving issues to meet deadlines. The role also assists with contract printing, assembly, delivery, and annual contract-support projects while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Provides day-to-day HR partnership to assigned business groups, advising managers on employee relations, performance management, talent processes, workforce planning, organizational changes, compensation, and employee lifecycle matters. Leads Supply Chain people development and engagement programs, including career frameworks, employee development plans, AI and professional skills training, onboarding resources, knowledge management, and engagement survey action planning. Designs and facilitates adult-learning programs, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, tracks adoption metrics, and governs the Supply Chain Hub knowledge repository.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex education products spanning software, digital content, services, and physical materials. Manage critical paths, dependencies, risks, launch readiness, team capacity, vendors, and resource planning. Facilitate cross-functional planning rituals, communicate project status and trade-offs, improve workflows using data, and coordinate Agile/Scrum software development with Waterfall/Stage-Gate physical production processes.

Leads business process maturity assessments, workflow and system documentation, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The analyst develops remediation roadmaps, project charters, requirements, standard operating procedures, and future-state solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating multiple projects, managing stakeholders and teams, tracking risks and decisions, communicating with leadership, and partnering with technical implementers to deliver scalable process and system enhancements.

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring-manager consultation, candidate communication, and offer management. Develop sourcing strategies, maintain accurate recruitment records in Ashby, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. The recruiter will advise stakeholders, deliver strong candidate experiences, support People Team initiatives, and apply EdTech talent-market expertise.

Lead full-cycle executive recruiting for Director through C-suite roles across technical and non-technical functions. Manage Legal and Finance recruiting at all levels, advise senior leaders on talent markets and compensation, build diverse executive pipelines, negotiate complex offers and equity packages, and provide market intelligence across EdTech, SaaS, and technology sectors.

Leads complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning software, digital content, service design, and physical materials. Owns critical paths, launch readiness, risk mitigation, resource planning, project rituals, vendor performance, and stakeholder communication. Uses Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/Stage-Gate methods, project dashboards, metrics, and process improvements to coordinate teams and deliver high-quality products on schedule.

Partner with People Tech, People Operations, and Finance to define Workday HCM requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, lead UAT and Workday upgrades, improve HR/payroll processes and data integrity, troubleshoot integrations, and manage backlog and change control to support the employee lifecycle and compliance.

Partner with the Chief Academic Officer to drive APEX operations and high-priority cross-functional projects. Coordinate quarterly goal-setting, manage team rhythms, surface risks, support CAO deliverables and meetings, and represent Amplify externally at conferences. Foster collaboration across product teams and strengthen pedagogical excellence and thought leadership.

Lead enterprise business systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Boomi) strategy and delivery. Architect integrations and AI/ML workflows, manage delivery teams and vendors, improve SDLC, ensure data alignment with analytics, and drive automation to increase operational efficiency and measurable ROI.

Develop and deploy machine learning models for demand forecasting and inventory optimization; conduct advanced time-series analysis; collaborate with analytics engineers and data analysts to build end-to-end data products; translate analysis into actionable recommendations for supply chain; promote data science best practices and mentor the team.

Design, build, test, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end software for a remote literacy assessments team. Collaborate with product, design, data science, and DevOps to improve APIs, reporting, and classroom reliability. Participate in code review, automated testing, deployment automation, monitoring, and cross-functional learning to deliver equitable education tools.
