Ensures regulatory compliance, audit readiness, rating integrity, IT controls, system accuracy, and operational quality. Tracks rate filings and other critical milestones, investigates performance fluctuations, validates system and process changes, and identifies root causes of financial or compliance risks. The role also manages partner accountability, analyzes business results, and supports profitable growth across admitted and excess and surplus insurance products.

Leads enterprise business intelligence and analytics for Internal Audit, including Power BI dashboards, executive reporting, KPI frameworks, semantic data models, data integration, quality, governance, and advanced analytics. Translates complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership, supports risk and performance analysis, manages stakeholder requirements and delivery priorities, and mentors analytics team members.

Analyzes business data and requirements to support insurance decision-making, KPIs, dashboards, reports, alerts, and data warehouse strategy. Partners with business and technical teams, leads requirements gathering, develops user stories within Agile Scrum teams, presents findings, conducts data profiling, and trains clients on analytical tools. The role requires strong SQL, business analysis, critical thinking, and collaboration skills, with commercial property and casualty insurance knowledge preferred.
