Administer and maintain critical Home Lending applications, including configuration, workflows, access controls, integrations, automation, and data management. Troubleshoot complex escalations, perform root-cause analysis, support audits, manage application security and governance, and lead technical execution for application projects and onboarding. Partner with business, engineering, security, IAM, vendors, and operations teams to translate requirements into reliable, scalable solutions while improving documentation, controls, processes, and platform capabilities.

Review and prepare mortgage closing documents and packages, schedule closings with borrowers, reconcile and approve Closing Disclosures, coordinate with title/settlement partners and internal teams, manage a mixed loan pipeline to meet production and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate loan origination system records.
