Lead and scale a talent acquisition function by building and coaching a recruiting team, deploying modern talent tech and analytics, improving candidate experience and employer brand, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, and measuring quality-of-hire and candidate sentiment to drive hiring outcomes.

Design, develop, implement, and evaluate synchronous, asynchronous, and blended learning solutions. Partner with SMEs and business units to create eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, assessments, and metrics-driven improvements. Manage multiple instructional design projects, facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions, and leverage e-learning tools (including Articulate and AI-enabled technologies) to improve associate performance and ROI.
