Manages strategic employer and broker relationships for TPA accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, revenue growth, and benefit-plan expansion. Develops account growth and retention strategies, leads internal account teams, supports implementations and RFPs, presents value propositions, conducts strategic planning sessions, and provides consultative health and benefits guidance. Manage a comprehensive compliance calendar covering federal and state filings, screenings, training, policy updates, and employment-law changes. Design internal controls, maintain audit evidence, improve procedures, and build automation. Partner with People Operations, Accounting, Legal, outside counsel, and the payroll provider to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations.

Own end-to-end sales across K-12 school districts in designated territories. Build executive relationships, develop territory strategy and pipeline, navigate procurement and legal processes, lead consultative sales cycles, represent Marble in field meetings and conferences, and partner cross-functionally to drive implementation, adoption, expansion, and quota attainment.

Lead technical integrations of Cedar's platform with client healthcare systems: discover requirements, map data formats, validate data/UAT, communicate technical security and authentication needs, manage complex projects, and represent customer needs to engineering and product teams.

Designs and maintains privacy controls and privacy-enhancing technologies across products and enterprise systems.
