Translate tax processes into scalable configurations, data models, and workflows; manage project plans, risks, milestones, and communications. Improve data quality through mapping, transformations, validation, controls, automation, and responsible AI use. Identify recurring client patterns and contribute to implementation accelerators while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Services teams. Support client reporting cycles and maintain stakeholder alignment for timely, high-quality delivery.
