Internship Overview
OpenSesame is seeking passionate students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals—including those graduating in 2025—for a paid internship. If you’re curious, quick to learn, and full of ideas, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
As a Partner Team Intern, you’ll work on projects that directly contribute to OpenSesame’s success. You’ll collaborate with our team, work cross-functionally, and gain exposure to leadership while building meaningful relationships. This is a demanding but rewarding role that requires initiative, adaptability, and engagement. About the Partnerships Team
The Partnerships Team builds powerful alliances with leading LMSs, LXPs, HR platforms, and technology providers. We connect innovation with opportunity, working closely with Sales and Marketing to expand OpenSesame’s reach and shape the future of eLearning.

Performance Objectives
2 Weeks
- Complete onboarding and learn partnership tools and workflows.
- Get comfortable with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and project management tools.
- Begin supporting partner programs with database and organizational tasks. Complete training on AI tools used by the team and demonstrate application by producing at least one AI-assisted project deliverable (such as a partner report, comms draft, or database cleanup).
30 Days
- Improve internal resources, documentation, and workflows.
- Provide data analysis through reports and presentations.
- Contribute to multiple projects that drive measurable results.
60 Days
- Take ownership of a data or project management initiative.
- Manage and maintain accurate partner databases.
- Build deeper expertise in Salesforce and PRM systems.
90 Days
- Lead a significant project that drives measurable results.
- Support the launch of new partner programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on enablement and operations.
- Present insights and recommendations, showing proactivity, software fluency, and care for outcomes.
Commitment:
- 30-40 hours per week
- Working hours: Must be available between 8am - 5pm EST. Actual hours are flexible with Manager approval.
Eligibility:
- Must be a current student enrolled in a college/university program or have graduated within the past 12 months (undergraduate, postgraduate, or associate programs accepted)
Compensation: $18 per hour, with the opportunity to accrue paid time off.
Fully Remote Role: Interns must have a personal computer and access to consistent high-speed internet during working hours.
