Overview:
This role is responsible for architecting and implementing enterprise-grade Workplace AI solutions through workplace tools, with a primary focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform. The position combines technical depth with enablement leadership—ensuring secure deployments, driving adoption, and aligning AI capabilities with business outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborates with internal clients to understand business requirements; drafting the architectural framework of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning solutions to meet business needs.
Supports the efforts on building the deployment plan for highly scalable and secure Artificial Intelligence platforms, applications, and systems that run in various cloud infrastructures and Artificial Intelligence devices successfully.
Develops architecture specification and reviews technical and configuration documentation for all users (customers, engineering teams, product teams).
Establishes trusted advisory stakeholder relationships; continues to build on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning acumen and stay current on the latest technologies and tools.
Applies commonly used machine learning algorithms and technologies into organizational practices, such as regression models.
Conducts statistical analyses on business and processes using machine learning techniques to find out opportunities for business development and process improvement.
Designs the A/B testing tasks and initiatives on statistical models, machine learning algorithms and systems. Runs statistical models continuously to achieve best performance of machine learning algorithms.
Designs code reviews, algorithms and models, and conducts experiments to ensure the functionality and performance of AI products or solutions.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, automation, or AI enablement.
Hands-on experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and enterprise-scale M365 administration.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferences:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
