AT A GLANCE

The Workforce Planning, Associate is an execution-focused role responsible for supporting day-to-day workforce management activities across key business units. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the Workforce Planning team — running recurring analyses, running day to day operational support end to end, and ensuring workforce data is accurate, current, and actionable. This is a strong growth opportunity for someone early in their WFM career who wants to build a foundation across forecasting, capacity planning, and analytics in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Why This Role

You'll have direct ownership of meaningful work from day one — not just supporting someone else's projects, but managing real business unit relationships and building skills across the full workforce planning lifecycle. This role is designed to grow with you, with clear line of sight into more senior responsibilities as you develop.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

Address: 1101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707

What You’ll Do
  • Own day-to-day workforce management operations for designated business units, serving as the primary point of contact for staffing and demand management needs.
  • Maintain and update staffing and demand models to reflect current headcount, enrollment trends, and capacity requirements.
  • Support short- and long-term forecasting by gathering and organizing data from internal systems and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key workforce metrics including staffing levels, utilization, and demand variances, flagging risks and anomalies to senior team members.
  • Perform recurring workforce analyses and contribute to ad hoc requests in support of Talent programs, operational reviews, and business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain standard workforce reports and dashboards to support visibility into business unit performance.
  • Assist in the transition and documentation of workforce management processes currently managed by external partners.
  • Collaborate with program operations, HRBPs, and Talent teams to ensure workforce data and models reflect real-time business conditions.
  • Support the broader Workforce Planning team with data gathering, reporting, and project execution as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of workforce planning concepts including forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Zoom, Assembled, or similar WFM platforms preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring workflows with accuracy and consistency.
  • Effective communicator who can translate data into clear, straightforward updates for stakeholders.
  • Eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to grow within a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with shifting business needs
