Leads and mentors a team of data analysts supporting the Wellos health and wellness app. Develops analytics strategies, oversees data collection and interpretation, builds data models and dashboards, and translates findings into strategic recommendations for senior leaders. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders, improves analytics processes, and ensures accurate, timely, and actionable reporting using tools such as Python, R, and SQL.

Direct strategic initiatives and operating discipline for the Media business while serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Business Officer. Manage leadership cadences, track commitments, improve performance, support transformation, build executive communications, and lead Product Operations & Enablement. Collaborate across commercial, editorial, product, audience, marketing, finance, strategy, and revenue operations to advance growth, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain features for internal content workflow and distribution systems. Collaborate with product managers, project managers, and engineers to scope work, estimate effort, and plan sprints. Participate in code reviews, debug production issues, support on-call operations, use AI tools for engineering efficiency, and contribute to team quality and communication.

Manage digital advertising campaign planning and execution for a portfolio of clients. Build and maintain accurate media plans, validate inventory, process order changes, coordinate with AdOps and internal teams, resolve billing discrepancies, and protect revenue. Support client satisfaction, renewals, and retention through responsive communication. Partner on proposals and performance reallocations for pharmaceutical and wellness advertisers while serving as a subject matter expert and sharing best practices.

Perform advanced workforce and talent analyses, build self-service BI products and dashboards, generate and present insights to Talent and Executive leadership, collaborate with Finance and Human Capital for workforce planning, and partner with teams to identify opportunities for deeper analytics and process automation.
