  • Develop and implement a customer-centric promotion strategy that enhances discoverability and participation across live and on-demand experiences.
  • Run live webinars as needed, ensuring flawless execution and a high-quality audience experience from start to finish.

Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for upcoming webinars, providing regular updates to sales, marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Pull and analyze post-webinar performance data, sharing key metrics, insights, and follow-up actions with campaign teams and sales stakeholders.
  • Track on-demand engagement, and proactively recommend promotional strategies to extend content performance.

Innovation & Best Practices

  • Develop and maintain guidelines and best practices for webinar production and execution, with a focus on accessibility, and creative format experimentation.
  • Stay current on industry trends, evolving audience behaviors, and webinar technologies to inform future strategy.
  • Maintain and optimize use of the webinar platform(s), ensuring seamless integration with the broader marketing tech stack.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Foster strong partnerships across marketing, sales, product, and operations to ensure alignment on webinar goals, messaging, and follow-through.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on webinar strategies and ensure consistent understanding of how webinars support the overall demand generation engine.
Who you are
  • A proven track record of at least 5+ years in demand generation or related marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and executing successful webinars.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience with webinar programmes and email marketing
  • Strategic thinker with project management experience
  • Good relationship management skills to drive cross-departmental coordination on marketing campaigns
