Job Description
The Manager of eCom for the Wholesale team will be functioning as the data, marketing, and eCom strategist for maximizing sales volume and eCom market share for Kraft Heinz products via wholesale retailers' digital capabilities. This Manager will be responsible for the total Wholesale business performance in the eCom channel, ownership and management of the Wholesale shopper marketing budget, and planning Wholesale marketing campaigns.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Manages key projects and workstreams to influence cross-functional partners to achieve well-defined outcomes across Media, Field Sales, Finance, Analytics & Shopper Marketing
  • Owns and manages the marketing budget for multiple Wholesale retailers.
  • Partners and builds strong relationships with retailer's eCommerce/marketing counterparts and key collaborators to build and execute marketing plans that drive instore and online sales.
  • Analyze campaign performance or related data to find optimizations and share back information with internal stakeholders to prepare for key business reviews and external meetings.
  • Builds Kraft Heinz eCom business with KPIs of profitable sales growth, share gains, revenue targets, special program, new/core distribution
  • Conducts longer term analysis on competitive and Kraft Heinz trends to prepare for key business reviews, AOP, and external top to top meetings
  • Works cross-functionally to optimize the Digital Shelf via Assortment, Content, and Paid Search

Expected Experience & Required Skills
  • Prior experience in eCom and/or CPG experience with focus on shopper marketing, sales, merchandising, digital strategy, paid search management, and omnichannel growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage a scaled business.
  • Strong understanding of the key tenets/building blocks of eCommerce and digital merchandising. Strong financial acumen and understanding of profit and revenue drivers.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Exceptional data analytics knowledge/experience with multiple datasets.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
