Job Overview:
The VP, M&A / Large Deal Transformation plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships with a specific and immediate focus on driving the integration of one of LPL’s largest clients. This role acts as the connective thread across teams, ensuring alignment, triaging issues, and driving continuous improvement for how LPL integrates with our large clients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the product and technology integration process for one of LPL’s largest existing customers
Collaborate with a wide variety of product teams to ensure requirements are understood, discovery artifacts are created, development plans are in place, and monitor the execution
Triage issues that arise during the integration process
Serve as a point of contact by being the liaison between LPL teams and the client
Collect information and build client-facing content to be presented during onsites and meetings to drive progress towards joint goals
Create and maintain project roadmaps, managing risks and ongoing maintenance across various product and technology teams as well as the client
Identify issues early, create mitigation plans, and implement plans
Maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders
Exhibit experience, presence, and poise to command the respect and trust of various level of the organization

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in a consulting, tech/product integrations, or similar roles in the wealth management industry
5 plus years experience in wealth management/broker dealer environment
Preferences:
Familiarity with integration tools, project management platforms, or CRM systems is a plus.
Core Competencies:
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Ability to communicate effectively to a wide-variety of audiences (both internal and external)
Proven track record of managing large scale technology integrations
Deep understanding of the wealth management industry
Clear and effective verbal and written communication, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to engage with internal and external partners at all levels.
Pay Range:
$141,675-$236,125/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
