The VP of GTM Strategy & Market Intelligence is a senior executive role responsible for architecting Insider’s global go-to-market strategy and driving scalable revenue growth across regions. Reporting directly to the CRO, this role plays a critical part in aligning cross-functional teams around key growth initiatives, unlocking market opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision making at the highest level. With a deep focus on funnel performance, strategic initiatives, and market trends, this leader will shape how Insider brings its innovation to market.
Job Description
- Reporting directly to the CRO, Serhat Soyuerel, this role owns Insider’s global Go-to-Market Strategy
- Architect and lead global GTM strategies—from awareness to close—to maximize market opportunity
- Accountable for revenue delta and pipeline growth, measured through ROI of GTM initiatives, funnel conversion improvements, and win rates
- Partner closely with regional revenue teams to analyze funnel performance and implement optimization strategies tailored to audience, segment, and motion
- Build a cross-functional “GTM engine” to continuously equip sales, solutions consultants, and partner teams with the insights and tools to win across 26 regional offices
- Drive strategic alignment across marketing, product, enablement, and revenue operations—ensuring seamless execution of launch plans, positioning updates, and competitor battle cards
- Translate insights into decision-ready assets and impactful GTM narratives that resonate with buyers and influence strategy
- Own and optimize pipeline acceleration initiatives; identify systemic blockers, design experiments, and implement solutions at scale
- Design and lead strategic “revenue sprints” to respond to market shifts, or key expansion opportunities
- Bring engineering mindset to GTM operations: instrument workflows, measure impact, and apply iterative improvements
- Collaborate with Product and AI teams to infuse technical innovation into GTM messaging and market education
- Regularly present findings, frameworks, and impact metrics to executive C-level leadership; contribute to board-level strategic conversations
Skills & Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in go-to-market, strategic growth, or product roles within high-velocity SaaS companies
- 7+ years of experience specifically in the martech industry, ideally in scaling environments or product-led growth models
- Deep knowledge of the AI landscape and how it impacts go-to-market motions, pipeline optimization, and product marketing
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing scalable GTM programs with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth
- Proven track record in initiatives that materially increase win rates and reduce sales cycle times
- Strong analytical thinking; able to break down complex problems into systems and frameworks (engineering-minded approach)
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership—experience aligning sales, marketing, product, and customer success toward common GTM goals
- Experienced in building enablement playbooks, launch frameworks, and product education loops that stick
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to C-level audiences
- Self-starter with a bias toward execution, able to operate with minimal guidance and thrive in ambiguity
- Global perspective with experience working across regions and functions
