Position Summary:
We’re looking for a strategic and visionary VP of Corporate Marketing to amplify our brand and reputation across every touchpoint. This executive-level role partners closely with senior leadership to drive growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand awareness across all markets. The VP will be responsible for growing visibility among media, influencers, investors, customers, and prospects—ensuring our story resonates with the audiences who matter most. They will drive consistency in how our brand shows up both digitally and in-person, delivering impactful experiences that reflect our values and ambition. From leading flagship events to championing our mission and social impact, this role plays a critical part in shaping how the world experiences our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive global corporate marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
· Lead development of high-impact content that builds trust and drives awareness with target audiences (media, investors, customers, prospects).
· Build and strengthen relationships with media, industry analysts, influencers, and thought leaders to amplify our brand reputation.
· Guide PR strategies for major announcements, launches, and executive visibility.
· Oversee proactive and reactive reputation management initiatives.
· Collaborate across departments (e.g., Product, Sales, HR, and Customer Success) to ensure brand consistency and cohesion and align on Go-To-Market strategies.
· Ensure strong corporate storytelling across website, social media, blogs, thought leadership, and owned channels.
· Lead strategy and execution of key corporate events (e.g., annual customer summit, investor events, executive roadshows).
· Define and measure KPIs for brand awareness, sentiment, reach, and impact.
· Manage budgets, agency relationships, and operational infrastructure to support growth and scale.
· Mentor and build a high-performing, scalable corporate marketing team
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in marketing, communications, or business is a plus.15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand, corporate communications, and executive-level engagement.
· Exceptional storytelling, communication, and writing skills—comfortable representing the brand at the executive level and externally.
· Proven ability to partner with C-suite leaders and influence across all levels of the organization.
· Skilled in managing teams, agencies, and budgets, with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
· Demonstrated ability to craft and evolve brand strategy that resonates across diverse audiences including customers, media, investors, and internal stakeholders.
· Strong experience in media relations, thought leadership, and reputation management on scale.
· Experience in international markets and global brand expansion.
· Experience in marketing to public safety, law enforcement, or federal government clients- advantage.
