Job Overview:

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President, Employee Productivity Tooling & AI Enablement, to lead the strategy, evaluation, adoption, and optimization of employee productivity technologies across the Home Office population. This role will focus on identifying and deploying AI-powered tools, automation capabilities, collaboration platforms, and emerging workplace technologies that improve employee effectiveness, simplify work, and create measurable business value.

The successful candidate will develop the firm's vision and roadmap for employee productivity tooling, balancing innovation, employee experience, risk management, and cost efficiency. They will be responsible for researching market solutions, developing perspectives on technology investments, leading pilots and experimentation, measuring outcomes, and driving enterprise adoption of tools that enhance workforce productivity.

This executive will partner closely with Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, HR, Procurement, Finance, and Business leaders to establish priorities, define value realization targets, and ensure productivity technology investments deliver meaningful and measurable outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for employee productivity, AI enablement, automation, and digital workplace technologies.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend productivity and AI solutions, maintaining a clear point of view on which tools should be adopted, expanded, or retired across the organization.
  • Assess technologies based on business value, employee experience, security, compliance, scalability, integration requirements, and total cost of ownership.
  • Lead pilots, proof-of-concepts, and experimentation efforts to validate business value, adoption potential, and productivity impact.
  • Design and administer employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee interest, satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish measurable success criteria, adoption targets, and value realization metrics for all productivity tooling initiatives.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and executive recommendations to support investment decisions and funding requests.
  • Create and execute enterprise rollout plans, including communications, training, support models, and change management strategies to drive adoption.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, and vendor partners to evaluate licensing models, manage costs, and optimize technology investments.
  • Monitor utilization, adoption, and business outcomes to ensure tools are delivering expected productivity gains and employee value.
  • Establish governance processes and decision frameworks for evaluating emerging technologies and managing the productivity tooling portfolio.
  • Produce executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reporting on adoption, usage, ROI, employee sentiment, and business outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships across business and technology organizations to align priorities, remove obstacles, and accelerate delivery of productivity initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to eliminate manual work, streamline workflows, simplify processes, and create employee capacity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI trends, future-of-work capabilities, and workforce productivity strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in digital transformation, workplace technology, product strategy, AI enablement, technology consulting, or related disciplines.
  • Experience evaluating, piloting, and scaling enterprise technology solutions and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
  • 3+ years of experience with AI platforms, productivity technologies, collaboration tools, automation solutions, and digital workplace trends.
  • Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, ROI models, and value realization frameworks.

Preferences:

  • Experience leading enterprise AI adoption programs, including tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI solutions.
  • Experience managing productivity tool portfolios and software licensing investments.
  • Background in management consulting, enterprise transformation, digital workplace strategy, or technology innovation.
  • Experience designing employee adoption programs, change management initiatives, and workforce enablement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of measuring productivity, employee experience, technology adoption, and capacity creation outcomes.
  • Experience establishing governance, standards, and operating models for emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities.

 

Pay Range:

$145,436.00 - $242,359.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
