How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement advanced AI solutions that support a multimodal agentic framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs through AI
- Drive innovation to enhance customer service experiences using agentic AI technologies
- Ensure the AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and adaptable to various customer scenarios
- Lead the transformation initiatives to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems
- Create and successfully manage multi-million-dollar budgets and capital expenditures
- Negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts with third-party vendors
- Notify corporate leadership of regional activities and issues
What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience
- 10 + years of IT work experience
- 7+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of enterprise software and AI transformation initiatives
- Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Proven leadership experience in AI development and implementation
- Strong understanding of multimodal AI technologies and frameworks
- Excellent communication skills to articulate AI strategies to stakeholders
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
- Advanced understanding of telecommunications industry, technology and trends
- Goal oriented, with exemplary track record collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to drive results, especially via influence management
- Ability to exercise, on a regular basis, independent judgment and discretion in performance of job duties
- Ability to recruit, motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the top talent
- Experience leading others and providing constructive feedback
- Skillfully synthesizes large quantities of complex information under pressure
- Distills it to the most critical issues and draws accurate conclusions, taking into account a high degree of uncertainty
- Ability to forecast and manage organization, operational and project budgets
- Demonstrated ability to meet rigorous deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently
- Outstanding work ethic; displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

- Master's degree, or higher, in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field; and/or MBA
