As a Network Operations Analyst III at Spectrum, you'll leverage advanced analytical tools and deep business knowledge to enhance network performance and deliver valuable reporting to stakeholders. Your work will empower Spectrum's teams to make data-driven decisions that shape customer experiences and business outcomes.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Optimize network performance by applying statistical analysis to key data points across multiple business units
  • Generate complex ad hoc reports and develop high-quality dashboards that deliver operational visibility to stakeholders
  • Develop compelling graphs, reports, and presentations to communicate data results effectively
  • Analyze business operations to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and automation opportunities for greater efficiency
  • Facilitate communication between business units and Network Operations from requirements gathering to implementation
  • Identify and interpret trends or patterns in data sets, presenting findings in an understandable manner
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects, coach less experienced staff, and contribute to special initiatives as assigned

Working Conditions
  • Office environment with occasional travel

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
    • Cable Industry certifications
  • Experience:
    • 6+ years of experience with data query techniques and report building
    • 6 + years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access
    • 4+ years experience with SQL and industry-specific database systems
    • 4+ years experience with report building tools such as Crystal Reports
    • Leadership and project management experience
  • Skills:
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
    • Demonstrated business acumen, organization and communication skills (both written and oral), and the ability to work with aggressive timelines
    • Demonstrated ability to lead in a team oriented environment
    • Demonstrated analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy
    • Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner, learn and adapt to change

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Advanced Cable Industry certifications
    • Network Operations experience
  • Skills
    • Ability to Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
    • Ability to automate routines to improve efficiency and reduce errors
    • Programming skills (VBA, etc.)
