As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support our remote office team and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Job Summary
The Virtual Assistant plays an essential role in our day-to-day workflow by providing administrative and operational support remotely. You will handle tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and assisting with communication between team members. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, multitasking, and helping a team work efficiently from a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments
• Respond to emails and other communications promptly and professionally
• Assist with document preparation, file organization, and data management
• Coordinate communication between remote team members and departments
• Support management with projects and follow-up tasks
• Track deadlines, to-do lists, and other workflow items

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or virtual assistant experience preferred
