The Video Producer will organize and manage video projects for eKidz, coordinating logistics, budgets, and on-site execution for shoots, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Schedule and lead ideation, planning, and prep meetings for video projects across eKidz and NextGen initiatives.
- Build, manage, and communicate shoot timelines, calendars, and task tracking for all creative team members involved.
- Maintain clear alignment on project goals, deadlines, expectations, and deliverables.
- Work directly with the Videographer and Creative Director to secure locations, props, wardrobe, talent, craft services, and all other necessary logistics for the shoot.
- Oversee on-site execution of assigned shoots, ensuring roles are clear, timelines are met, and the experience is smooth for everyone involved.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all production needs on filming days.
- Coordinate and manage releases, documentation, permits, and safety requirements as needed.
- Manage and track project budgets, ensuring expenses stay within approved limits.
- Handle purchasing, reconciling expenses, submitting invoices, and credit card reports accurately and on time.
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain clarity across complex, multi-step projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to keep multiple projects on track.
- Experience with event planning, logistics, or hospitality, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar.
- Ministry training or education
- Familiar with Elevation NextGen
- Experience working in children’s programming, family ministry, or kid-focused environments.
- Familiarity working with a video crew, production team, or on-set workflows.
- Experience working with talent agencies or coordinating external talent.
- Experience supporting or facilitating live events.
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
