Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, you will support the development of valued strategic partnerships from incubation to execution, guiding each relationship through its early stages of development. In parallel, you will develop and lead the creation of comprehensive communication strategies that ensure seamless, impactful messaging and execution
As a key driver in our Communications team, you’ll help build and cultivate relationships with these influential partners in close partnership with executive leadership and brand leadership, helping us tell and craft bold stories that resonate across all channels, influence industry leaders, and amplify the impact of our partnerships. You will develop a strategic game plan for bringing these collaborative ventures to life—creating and executing the pathways that turn ideas into impactful actions.
You’ll work closely across cross-functional teams and external partners to help develop new initiatives, craft compelling narratives, and launch impactful projects that showcase our vision, purpose, and values. Your leadership will ensure these partnerships are not just highlights, but movement-makers—driving change and building our legacy.

Salary Range: $300,000 - $325,000 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.What You'll Do

Lead the charge in developing innovative communication strategies that power our strategic partnerships.
Partner with executive leaders and key stakeholders to set the game plan and translate it into compelling narratives that are aligned to our purpose and values.
Be a voice that unites teams and external partners, ensuring every message hits with clarity and purpose.
Partnership Lifecycle & Project Management:
Help incubate, develop, and manage the communications strategy for strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand purpose and business priorities.
Anticipate future partnership opportunities by staying ahead of trends and continuously innovating our communication approaches.
Create & Cultivate Content & Marcomm Strategies:
Lead the development of powerful storytelling that showcases our partnership narrative and stories.
Design and execute integrated marketing communications strategies that align with partnership objectives, enhance brand visibility, and engage target audiences across all channels.
Make every word count. Every message should inspire, inform, and energize our audiences. Creation of compelling written content, including press releases, social media content, and presentations that effectively communicate the value of strategic partnerships.

Be a catalyst for collaboration across Gap, Inc. that turns ideas into industry-moving moments.
Work in close partnership with external partners, global teams, and cross-functional departments to drive partnership strategies and campaigns.

15+ years in marketing/communications, with a proven track record in lifestyle, consumer, fashion, or sponsorships.
