- Translate complex business problems into agentic product opportunities by leveraging GenAI, orchestration frameworks, and modular architecture principles, in alignment with strategic objectives and compliance requirements
- Responsible for working with stakeholders to oversee, prioritize, and optimize the Cross Markets Innovation book of work aligned to product area vision and goals, regulatory expectations, and emerging technology trends
- Champion experimentation and iterative development of agentic prototypes, ensuring learnings are captured and inform broader product strategy and roadmap
- Develop and communicate product area vision and strategy, actively managing backlog prioritization and resolving sequencing conflicts across product areas
- Manage engagement and communication related to delivery with CIB stakeholders at senior levels in the Markets division
- Maintain strong partnerships with technology, data science, and business teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring delivery of measurable, compliant solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and the evolving regulatory landscape, especially in GenAI and agentic technologies, to inform our innovation strategy and risk management
- Demonstrate Agile product management expertise, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the Markets division
- 5+ years of Securities Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Markets/Sales/Trading within a large financial institution
- Experience leading AI or GenAI implementations across business functions either as an employee or as a consultant
- Prior experience in product development
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to independently own a portfolio of products and product areas during all stages of the product life cycle
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and legal frameworks in financial services
- Exceptional Microsoft Office/PowerPoint delivery and execution experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders in strategic initiatives
- High energy and passion for innovation and strategic partnership development
